HLS is no longer supplied as a self installing package.

There was a concern about Windows 7 security and Admin rights with me loading directly to folder in C drive.

The download is now a .joe. - it is really a self extracting exe ZIP file.

SAVE the HLS .joe file to the folder you wish to install the latest version in - change the file extension from .joe to .exe and then RUN the file.

It will extract and install in the folder you are in.
